*The web address: that one’s yours to buy, usually about $20–$50 depending on the name you want. We help you pick it and register it in your name, so you own it. The build, hosting, the padlock and search set-up are all in the monthly.

What's the catch?

The website itself stays with us while you're on the plan. That's how we can charge $0 upfront: we earn the build back over the months you stay. Stop paying and the site comes down. Want to keep it? You can buy it out, and we quote you first.

What's always yours: your domain, your words and your photos. There's no minimum term and no lock-in. It's all in writing in our terms.

A year on Sorted is $588. Agency builds commonly cost $3,000 to $10,000 upfront (see the price breakdown).

Do I really pay $0 upfront?

Yes. Nothing to start and nothing on the day it goes live. Your first payment comes out once the site is online and you've approved it.

What do I actually get?

A website written and designed for your business, with:

  • your web address set up (you buy the name, about $20–$50)
  • hosting, security and a change a month, looked after for you
  • enquiries straight to your inbox and set-up so Google can find you
Do I own my domain?

Yes. It's the one thing you buy yourself, usually about $20–$50, and it's registered in your name. We help you pick it and point it at your site.

Already have one? We'll use it. If you leave, it goes with you and we'll help you move it.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Give us a month's notice by email. There's no exit fee. Your domain and your content come with you. The website itself stays with us unless you buy it out, and we quote you first.

What if I don't love it?

Tell us and we'll fix it. Changes are part of the build, so speak up.

If we've had a proper go and it's still not right, don't take it. You haven't paid anything and you don't owe us a cent.

Can you make changes to my website?

Yes. One change a month is included: a new phone number, photos from a recent job, updated prices or a new service. Just message us.

Extra changes are $15 each. Bigger jobs, like a whole new page, we quote first.

Who's actually building it?

Mateo and Amelia. That's it, that's the team. We run a small design studio called Fusco Studio (opens in a new tab), and ONYA is us doing the same work on a monthly price instead of a big invoice.

We're the two people who build your site and answer when you ring.
